Words From Our Founder and President
It can be challenging trying to get to a place you've never been before or taking a different route to reach a long sought-after destination. Some see challenges and become afraid of failure, so they don't take chances resulting in them missing many opportunities. From having observed this trend in behavior, I asked myself, "what could I do to show those in doubt that they can do it?" It dawned on me that if I created tools to help them help themselves, they would see how possible it is to overcome obstacles. Climbing one mountain gives you the confidence to hike the next, so, instead of allowing fear to control their steps, they would instead take that energy to ride the wave of possibilities.

We are working to supply the stimulus that will ignite learners' power to discover answers, meanings and paths that are best for them. For all answers have a unique meaning and purpose to one’s life which helps to direct our individual paths. Being that our minds are the source of our perceived reality, it is critical that their functionality is healthy. Because a healthy brain brings balance to our life.
That’s why we take pride in providing a holistic learning experience to all TTCB learners, elevating the whole being; full mind, body and soul. A mindful learning culture structured with curriculums that encompass teachings that heighten the physical, intellectual, emotional, environmental, social, and spiritual perceptions of our students in a positive way. Our learners developing a stronger sense of self is very important to us and is vital in fulfilling our mission. We hope to share minds with and be a beacon of light along the journey of others.

Meet Our Founder and President
Tuscaney was born on the 31st day of October 1990, the second child to her parents’ union. She was raised in the small town of Lake Providence, Louisiana, which was once considered the poorest town in the United States. Although this notion was true for many that looked like her, they were rich in talent which made the disparity in wealth less of a hindrance to some. An opportunity was often the determining factor of success and by opportunity being hard to come by, having the gift of creativity was the best characteristic to complement an LP native’s abilities. Rich at heart and rich in gifts despite the stigma that was placed on the people belonging to her community.
Tuscaney completed high school two years before her projected graduation date with college credits and earned her bachelor’s from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a major concentration in business and minors in education, psychology and criminal justice. She was interested in a variety of things and used her undergraduate years to explore different professions’ fundamentals. Having explored her interests lead to her decision of pursuing business. Tuscaney commenced her graduate journey at Capella University majoring in Business Administration with a special concentration in Human Resource Management. While obtaining her MBA she began dating her now-husband Devin Malone Sr. whom she married in 2016. She soon gave birth to their first and only child, Devin Malone Jr.
Many goals were delayed for this wife and mother, but while she was still, she took time to heal, reflect, readjust and position herself in alignment with her purpose. The first project she has given life to is The Tuscaney & Co. BraineryTM and she couldn't be more grateful to have been able to fulfill this childhood goal.
